Good afternoon people.

We are having an End of Cricket Season Sale at Cricnix on the outdoor leather cricket balls.

The Premier balls on sale are top of the class leather cricket balls stitched with care by the skilled craftsmen of Sialkot (Yes, the city where the famous hand-stitched inflatable soccer balls are made for the FIFA World Cup).

We use high quality alum tanned leather which is of superior quality than the chrome tanned usually available in the market. Just a brief explanation: Chrome tanned leather is leather produced using a solution of chemicals, acids and salts to dye the hide. It's cheap, quick and mass produced, typically requiring little skill from the tanners. And generally they don’t last long which will not be the case with these Premier balls.

Quality wise these balls are comparable to the Kookaburra Regulation 156g which usually sells for $83.99 in the market.

Still don't trust us? Check for yourself as we offer 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality or any other aspect of the product, please contact us via [email protected] and we will find the best possible solution for you.

Just a side note, we also offer free delivery across all the channels we sell our products with no minimum spend.

For same price CA cricket ball is much better bang for buck than an unknown brand.

Although, I prefer Australian made Kookabura Practice over it for its swing.

    • Thanks for pointing to these offers in the market. Very good price for the CA Cricket ball from Highmarkcricket but they do not offer free delivery (unless minimum spend of $300). Apart from 14 day money back guarantee, one of the other key difference between other sellers and us is that our price always includes shipping without any minimum spend. Usually other sellers don't have that option.

Kookaburra practice is a 2 piece ball so not a like for like comparison for the Premier ball. Again they do not offer free delivery under $100 but we do have 2 piece in Elite and Gold quality, cheaper than the Kookaburra (including shipping) if you're interested:

      Cricnix Elite Red

      Cricnix Elite Gold

      Thanks.

      • our price always includes shipping without any minimum spend

we also offer free delivery across all the channels we sell our products with no minimum spend

        What are you talking about?

        $19.99 (Was $24.99) + Delivery ($0 with Prime/ $39 Spend)

And why do you add WELCOME15 code to your description?

$15 off Minimum $39 Eligible Spend (for Prime Trial Account)

Does your product even qualify for this code?

        • I actually meant if ordered from the direct store website, it’s free delivery since the Ozama Bean Bargain also shared a direct store link:

          Cricnix Premier Ball 156g

In relation to that coupon deal, thought all products on Amazon were eligible but apparently not. Apologies for that. Will confirm again and have that amended via mods shortly.

@CricNix: Sorry, you make NO sense.
Why not list your own website, where it is cheaper?

Cricket Ball - Cricnix Premier 156g (Red)
            Sale Price:18.99 Original Price:59.99

Reason for negging: Cheaper elsewhere… OPs own website.

@Lord Fart Bucket: Hi Martijn. I understand where you are coming from. However, the reason we didn't post the deal from our own website is that common people are generally comfortable ordering from established marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay etc.) even if its a new seller rather than ordering from a new seller on a relatively new website. However, after reading your comment now I feel I should have posted the deal from Cricnix website as well in the description.

@CricNix: You only accept PayPal. I don’t think there’s much risk to me buying from your site. If it doesn’t arrive, a simple dispute would sort that out, most likely in the buyers favour.
                Note, I won’t, I don’t need a cricket ball.

I think most would buy cricket balls only for practice. For the games, balls are provided by club or association.

For practice, you can’t go wrong with Kookaburra Zenith. Those are high quality balls, rejected because of small defects and sold at fraction of the price. I usually get 6 for $100.

I personally wouldn’t go with ‘no brand’ balls. Tried few in the past and some of them turned out to be bat breakers.

    • I remember back in my day we just practice with old match balls, able to take some home too

then getting the polisher to buff one side and sandpaper the other… lol

  • where are these made?

    • +1

Made in Sialkot, Pakistan. Just a bit of background: Sialkot is one of the most prestigious and famous sports goods hub in the world of sports. Located in South Asia (Punjab), Sialkot has been a center of excellence in manufacturing sporting goods for more than 100 years. The famous hand-stitched inflatable soccer balls manufactured in Sialkot are used regularly in the FIFA World Cup. More than 70% of world’s footballs are exported from Sialkot.

    • Is the reason you don’t put “made in Pakistan” cause it might deter buyers from Indian origin?
      Serious question.

      • Generally has been my observation too.

      • We may have not mentioned in the Ozbargain post but on the packaging, ball itself and the pictures of the product, everywhere "Made in Pakistan" is clearly mentioned. Infact, if you get the chance to visit the product page, a brief history of Sialkot (Pakistan) is also given.

Our philosophy is that in this day and age, people generally want quality products at an affordable price regardless of their origin.

For the minority who still care about this, we wish we could do something to change their feelings. Only can hope that they try out our products and make the decision for themselves.

      • Second image on the link they provided has “made in Pakistan” printed on the ball

      • Why the fark would that matter? Pakistanis and Indians love cricket more than us so why wouldn't their gear be as good if not better quality?
