  Got these the last time they were on sale from Amazon, Bushnell binoculars are seriously great buying them from Amazon is not. They literally shipped them in the manufacturers packaging and an unpadded amazon plastic satchel bag so when they arrived they were totaled. They offered a refund but only by sending them back to the USA which was gonna cost about $60 …

          @timetoquit: My Amazon US return experience is similar - I payed shipping but the reimbursed it upon item arrival.

          My Amazon AU return experience is different - had to return thing twice and had to pay shipping both times. Probably because it was "change of mind" return.

            @SickDmith: Amazon AU charges shipping for the returns depending on the reason you chooose from the drop-down options - one thing I learned is they definetely charge shipping if you pick the 'Better price Available' option…..
