I found that their delivery is too expensive, they don't really seem want to sell to other states.
I am after the Glorious mouse rest but $16 delivery

Yeah I agree - I'm in Perth and often see good deal from these guys I would otherwise jump on if their postage was cheaper. This one is $40 delivery so, yeah, nah.
PCCG’s no pick up option kills all its deals…
They used to have one, what happened? Stopped it for Covid and then just left it that way?
I suspect they're baiting you with attractive prices and creaming off the delivery. Most online retailers charge around $10-12 for smallish items (bulky PC cases should only be a modest premium). I usually don't hesitate to jump on a deal when postage is reasonable as the time and effort needed to pick-up is well worth it, especially if you have to contend with traffic or parking.
Have used this case for my last two builds - perhaps not the best airflow (though you can run the top open or closed with a magnetic panel) but very easy to work in, excellent build quality at this price point, and the included fans are great too.
At this point in time do you think pccg purposefully lowers prices like this then takes a chunk out of the delivery fee to keep as profit?
I'm pretty sure it's just shoddy marketing at this point, no way do they sell something for minimal margins and give all the profit to Startrek and AusPost.
Is it a good idea to buy ozbargain parts and build or let someone / shop to put it together? does anyone do this for e.g. buy this case plus the i7 100700f and then the rest wait for bargain then pay someone $150 to put it together?
DIY not that hard.
$26 min delivery to Sydney metro. eeeek!
