Pow Wow is sweet, it’s savoury, it has hints of ginger and it’s damn hard to put down. Finally we have created a flavour for the kids

Original is the base of our entire Geronimo Jerky range. A wonderfully rich and rounded flavour, it's been made to be eaten any time and anywhere! Although we have found with a beer is best!

Spicy Shaman is an interesting little blend of dried spices that gives it an almost curry flavour and takes you to a place on the open plains where wild flowers bloom and buffalo roam.

Buckshot is great to have at happy hour! With a wonderful bit of bite, it has a peppery taste to liven up all your tastebuds and lets them sing. It’s not too hot, it’s a bit dry and by goodness it’s a cracker of a flavour!

Sidewinder was invented after the big chief secretly searched out local chilli growers for a new taste to add to his secret marinade. He found one called the Chocolate Habanera. Sidewinder has wonderful fresh chilli taste, but without too much heat. So it’s not as hot as Blazin’ Saddle, but hotter than Spicy Shaman. It leaves a lovely zing all through your mouth, with a combination of fruity capsicum and peppery zest.

For those of you that like a little kick, step aside because Blazin' Saddle will blow your pants off! To the Big Chiefs secret marinade he adds yet more secret ingredients. One of which is 2,000,000 scoville units (look it up!), it's not one to be played with! They say, "It's like sticking out your tongue and hitting it with a hammer". Blazin' Saddle is also a BRONZE award winner at the 2011 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show!

Ever since we put Blazin’ Saddles out, people have asked for something that’s a bit hotter. So for those of you that asked, welcome Flamin’ Arrow. We intend this to be the hottest Beef Jerky in Australia. It will knock your socks off, but with retaining that wonderful Geronimo Jerky flavour. In 2011 we found many of our customers were not happy with the heat in Flamin' Arrow. So we searched out an even hotter ingredient for our marinade. Now, it is 30% hotter and unquestionably the hottest in the land!

Stampede is the first beef jerky in Australia to use Guarana as an ingredient in it's marinading process. So now, not only does it give you massive amounts of protein, hardly any fat, a miniscule amount of carbs, but it also gives you a boost to keep you going. One great thing about Stampede is it’s slow caffeine release giving you a boost of energy that lasts and lasts. For anyone that needs a boost for their workout or has a big night ahead of them, grab a bag or two of Stampede now!

    OR 24% of RRP :-)

  • Does the sidewinder still have chocolate habenara chilis?

I bought three packs a few weeks before Christmas ( Sherman, buckshot and plain), first time I bought from you, a friend picked it up in store for me ( the small 50g? Packs) Sharmen was the best, really tasty, but all were really really dry, too dry, like paper. I don't like wet jerky, but compared to what I have bought from gold coast markets before ( and the guy isn't there any more :( ) this has been dried a little too long. The jerky in all three packets was crumbly, it shouldnt be crumbly! I could just break pieces off by bending the jerky and some would snap off.
I will try it again as I want to try a chili one ( one not extremely hot but hot, would that be sidewinder?

    • Sidewinder is now back on board and jerky is less dry. :-)

      • Thanks for that.

  • Blazin Saddle, Sidewinder & Buckshot would be my recommendations! I found Spicy Shaman a little too salty and not enough of other flavour to cut through the saltiness.
