Wow! I'm going to buy a set for all the kids I'll be working with this summer and it will cost me less than $2 for all of them. Thanks for the post!

  • Is there a limit per person?

    • I bought 52, they had no issues.
I was apparently the 2nd person that day to buy a heap. They had about 100 left.
Will suit the 2 classes of 26 students. Great buy.

  • crazy price..

  • Was already on sale today at Wetherill Park & I got the last pack.

    • Hmmm! So does that make it 'loss-leader' AND 'bait and switch' by Target.

  • awesome value

  • If Target can sell it this cheap the educational depts should just buy in bulk and give one to each student for 5c from their fees ;-)

Wow! This is very cheap. Worth buying especially for classroom teachers :P

  • I'm going out to buy a few, just for the case.

Well, Target Westfield Doncaster VIC had them out LAST WEEK Thursday according to one sales person. She said they lasted for half an hour, until half was left over. A family bought 3 dollars worth, which was 30 of them after 30 mins. What is left is the huge 10 cent sign (limit 5 per person) on the way to the registers. Target MUST be desperate to advertise a product that was placed out last week appearing on a catalogue starting today. I was going to buy most of my stationary there today, but was put off with their scam tactics especially with the pencil case set—Also Big W has their stationary generally for cheaper than Target too. BOOOOOO to you Target!

  • saw pics on facebook someone (in perth?) bought 200, she posted photo of her trolley and in the car. she went in morning must be as soon as store opens. i went 7pm (Chatswood, Sydney) none left. :-(

It is greedy people like that who spoil the whole bargain for others.

    • It was predictable what was going to happen. They should have set a limit from the start to at least make it a slight hassle for those keen to get a bulk buy and minimise disappointment for others.

  • First in best dressed, its not rocket science, having said that.. unless stores have hundreds for an item that cheap.. their needs to be a limit on these items

However I do work at target and half the time an item is sold out before it is even on special

    (opinions are my own)
