Hi all,

Just came back from Ikea Perth. They had a whole stack of items in the picking section heavily reduced (which I assume is pretty normal) but this seemed to be really good value. Normally $239, the Besta Jarga TV Cabinet in the Black Brown colour is going for $119 (50% off).

The website shows all colours at the full price so I think this is an in store only deal. We grabbed one for the kids tv room and figured that there may be some others in Perth keen on this. Seems to be a sturdy little unit.

    They are clearing them because nobody buys CRT TVs any more. (Are they still sold?)
    This would look silly under a flatscreen.
    Might be OK as a coffee table, except it probably has raw chipboard showing at the rear.

      Possibly, but it actually looks fine in the kids room and has two draws for their DVD's so is practical as well. The rear is finished the same as the front. You can't see any chipboard. Suits our needs to a tea! ;)
