Dettol packs are slightly cheaper by 0.1c so depends on which brand or smell you prefer.

Prefer Pine o Clean over Dettol because of the smell though Dettol doesn't appear to dry out in the open pack (breaking the seal) as fast as Pine o Clean or Ajax.
Works out to be 4.1c a wipe without S&S (3.7c with S&S)

Dettol claimed Hospital grade version at the same price.

    Agree that Pine o Clean smell better. However, I find Dettol is better in cleaning oil stains, and very good for cleaning floors.

    Interesting that the "hospital grade" product has the lowest concentration of benzalkonium chloride.

    I'm not sure there's such a think as "hospital grade" disinfectant anyhow.
