You wont have to cos you don't even lift

    PU material

This will only last if you do weights as much as I do.

  • This or deadlift, chin up, Roman chairs?

    • deadlift, chin up, Roman chairs

If you buy this, all you get is a chest and tricep workout primarily. By deadlifts, did you mean you have a bar and weights? or do you have a smith machine? if you have a bar and weights/smith machine, you can simply buy a gym bench and work out on practically any muscle group.

So if I had the choice between either deadlifts, chin ups and a roman chair, vs. a bench press, I'd easily be choosing deadlifts, chin ups and a roman chair.

  • everyone's so mean to the bench :(

  • Any recommendations on something more solid? Thank you

Bought one of these via amazon Everfit store before. There was a flaw where I got 2 of the same side legs which means that while it functions you lose the 'safety catch/pins' as one catch is now on the other side.
When I emailed them they didn't seem to understand from the assembled photo, and wanted me to take the entire thing apart. It was pretty obvious especially if it's your product.

These guys might be different but in any case as another poster said, it is flimsy and if you lift heavy i'd avoid. I'm weak so its ok :)

  • Much better to get one off https://www.maxxus.com.au/

Customer service is amazing and bought a bunch of stuff mid pandemic through them. Solid gear
