  ABC reading eggs. tried & tested. my kids learnt to read from that with zero effort on our side. It has the same phonics & curriculum taught in Australian schools (this one shows Spanish stuff too, assuming American phonics). We just let them play leaning games-exercises on their iPads & boom, one day the little one is reading shop banners when we went shopping. Worth $12-13 a month. stuff the 2 months discount on this deal.
