Looks like an Ok deal … but this device is tiny (10x10cm) … wonder how big the stars really can be and how far away it would project. (it is not even 4$ … so I would not expect wonders).
So would I need a USB power 240v or something to power this? Any ideas how much they cost?
Good luck if it arrives. I purchased one of their previous bargains posted here- 2 LCD shoelaces- under different email addresses and different postal addresses as it was one per person. Purchased on 24/11, supposedly 'dispatched' (via email update) on 28/11 with the notification 'be patient, shipping takes 15-25 days'… by my reckoning it's now 30 days

they refunded the money (only $0.10). i don't doubt they sent it, i just haven't received it yet and 45 days is up.

Got mine today (ordered on the December 28, dispatched on January 3). A bit of wrestling and cutting to get through the odd packaging. Looks identical to the stock images as far as I can tell. The battery cover is difficult to pry open, so I'm using the USB cord instead. It's surprisingly noisy when turned on. Sounds very mechanical. I don't see myself being able to fall asleep with this on. But it's quite pretty - I'll give it that much.
UPDATE: Got my 3 yesterday and they are very very good , actually they work better than the $55 piece of crap I bought at xmas for my son. Battery cover was easy to open for me, it comes with a usb cord which works well too. The only downside is it is a little on the noisy side but for the price you cannot complain - 8/10 because my kids love love love them and I mean at $3.99 if it gets broken it won't hurt!
Ok I just got 3 no probs, I bought a $55 equivalent to this for my son for xmas so I am interested to see how good these cheapies are, cheers!
