  I used trip.com multiple times for accomodation and purchasing expensive flights to Europe - no issues so far

    recently used it to book a trip to Sydney - only found out I booked the wrong date (one month in the future) at checkin. Called the helpdesk number in hotel lobby and phone was pickup instantly. Rep cancelled my booking without penalty and three minutes later refund confirmation email arrived. So impressed and booked through trip.com again for the same hotel and could redeem the $50 coupon for the 2nd time.

  I recently used this service to book in QLD and they gave a $50 discount on the hotel booking. Service was good as the code wasn't working, however, the customer REP called me twice from China to resolve the issue.
