Was looking for some pens to give to my mom and noticed this has an additional 20% off on top of the 50% off + S&S. You need to have Amazon Prime to be able to get the additional discount so I didn't put the usual shipping in the title.

  I'm not sure why this is flagged as expired. It's listed as $14.89, with $13.40 S&S. However, it also says "You save an additional 20% on this item at checkout". If you put it in your cart and go to checkout it's $11.91 or $10.42 S&S.

  How's the quality and durability of these? I've found a lot of fine liners tend to dry out within 12-18 months even if they're stored correctly
