        Seem ok, my experience Energizer and Duracell leak as much (if not more) than many other batteries if left long term in stuff.

          Yes it's always the surprise remote that you forgot that 'gets' you.
          I take out generic Chinese batteries as soon as I see them in new items these days

        yeh ive done this multiple times and it still wont send me promo material, my account is active, purchased stuff last year and regularly before that…like i said it pisses me off. no idea who to contact in regards to it either

        That's standard nowadays. Repeat/loyal customers get stuff all and the newbie who has never spent a dollar gets the good deals.
        Same with insurance, etc.
        There is no loyalty in business…

      Same! I got them a few years ago but haven’t had any for at least a couple years. Maybe more now. I used to shop there every 3 weeks for a year and get nothing. I was thinking they must essentially base it on an anti-loyalty system where only new members or those who haven’t shopped there for a while get discounts, which annoyed me. But I haven’t shopped there much during Covid at all and still no change. I’ve always had the receive offers thing checked, and I’ve always received their advertisement emails consistently but no vouchers. At this point it feels like I’m blacklisted. It must have been 20 of these in a row with nothing. Only thing I can think I’ve done is return something for a refund a few years ago. Legitimate return though! But maybe they don’t like it? Does anyone else who never gets these have any patterns they have noticed about their own buying behaviour or anything? And have you don’t returns?

    Unrelated, but if you missed out on the free club membership promo, you can sign up as a Trade Member. Just give them an ABN and tell them you're a mechanic or something car related. You will get 10-15% off store wide. And the membership is free.

  • Not targeted. It’s the least they could do considering a delivery order I placed in December still hasn’t arrived.

    • Is it a special order product? Usually this is out of their control as it's sent out by the supplier. Even then you'll still be able to cancel it. But if its an online order for something they stock, contact their customer service, they usually sort it out straight away.

      • It’s is a stocked product, it seems that Aus post lost them.
        I’ve already contacted them twice, each time they ask me to wait 7 days so the can escalate it, I’m supposed to contact them for the third, and hopefully final time, on Monday.
