  I just bought it from amazon a mth ago at the same price, not so much of a bargain imo, but good old classic watch at an acceptable price.

  Ps: go buy the stainless steel case n band, then you have a shiny gmw 5000, sort of..

    $140 down from 200+.

    It's been that price or lower for a long time now; nothing special about that.

    But I agree strongly that the newer, solar-powered G-5600E is the far better choice over the original DW-5600 "G-Shock Square" for the reasons I mentioned on this older deal.
