  Lots of reviews complaining of parcels never turning up.

    Been ordering from them for years, never had an issue with missing parcels and support is always good. But with the limitation on batteries and knives and things that cant be posted, i find i get to the cart and literally half the cart i have to ditch because of regulations and end up just ditching the whole cart.

    It's a real shame you cant just buy what you want.
