  I know nothing will match it, but surely something is trying to imitate traditional Japanese noodle houses, right?

    Nissin makes ones which are michelin star rated I think? They're not cheap, at something like A$10+ per serving.

    EDIT my bad - just checked, it's a collab with michelin starred ramen restaurants.
