  After spending time browsing their site to get to $100, I found out…

  *** You have to spend over $99 AFTER the discount to get free shipping ***

  If your basket is (say) $102, you would normally qualify for free shipping.
  But if you apply the discount, you get $10.20 off, so then you are under $99, and the system charges you $9.95 for shipping…

  Need to spend over $110 to get the free shipping.
