You're right about the slowness.
I have 100/100Mbps at home, VPN connected from BNE to SYD, speed test result was 14Mbps down, 30Mbps up.
Not bad for cheap or free though I guess!

@albert0pia: Just tried south Korea and didn't work, Netflix detected the proxy and blocked playing, but looks like UK, India, Italy, and US have (Movies & TV) connection tags, might work with Netflix
No, all their streams for VPN and Smart DNS are US only.. with the exception of the Smart DNS if you use the second DNS as primary, you get UK.
Their servers are platform based as opposed to location based, ie, you can connect to VPN for Streaming/Netflix/Hulu/Disney+/etc… hence I went with the bundle and use the Smart DNS instead at router/device level

I bought the lifetime offer from these guys some time ago (actually a 99 year licence, but who's quibbling…)
OK for some privacy applications, but WAY too slow to stream BBC video from their UK nodes. Like, really, really slow.
Now used for privacy protection for my phone on public, possibly dodgy, public WiFi or for bypassing silly DNS blocks when traveling (remember going to other countries? Sigh.)
