Hi,
Thank you so much for your review.
XP-Pen is currently in a stage of rapid development. We have been committed to research and want to bring a better experience to consumers. I will feedback your suggestions to our product department. But please believe me, Artist24pro will be a good choice for everyone in terms of price and quality.
By the way, if you purchased from our amazon store, there will be one-year warranty, any problems, please feel free to contact us, we are doing our best to help you solve it.
Best Regards
XP-Pen
Thanks for the reply. Just to clarify, none of the above was my review, the quoted bit was actually a copy-paste from the last review out of the four of them (the Apple Insider) one - and perhaps an Apple bias means they favour iPads! The four reviews did has lots of positive things to say about the XP-Pen one.
As much as I love the idea of something like this, and I'd snap one up if I had the cash, I'm not really in the market for a graphics tablet at any price point because I just don't do enough of that sort of design/art work to justify it.
Thanks for clarifying on the Amazon purchase too.
I paid about $1200 last June to update my 10yo wacom cintiq 21ux.
Overall pretty good. The odd bug with the software (maybe it's my computer?) But their support is very good to deal with.
Use it for work and just couldn't justify the wacom price.
Worth getting.
usual price in stores $1399.99
Which stores carry these?
Directly from xp-pen or Amazon. Maybe better through Amazon if you can get it for the same price as you will avoid international transaction fee (luckily my credit card refunded apon request)
e.g. just like you purchase from google etc.
Thanks. When you mentioned stores, I thought I may be able to go to a bricks and mortar and see how solid they feel.
I've got a Cintiq 22hd. Always on look out for good upgrade deal. Not sure this would do the job though.
Nah I wouldn't bother. The only reason I brought it was because my wacom was getting pretty old and I didn't want to risk having it die on me and needing it for work.
Wacom is definitely the best but their pricing is like apple.
Seems to be a pretty good price for a graphics tablet of this size and specs. I'm not sure how many other options there are around there but as a comparison the Wacom Cintiq 24 Pro (which admittedly is 4k) is $3-4k.
Reviews seem pretty positive but not universally so:

The last review from above summarised as follows:
Also one of the (translated) reviews on Amazon said that you only get support if you buy directly from the official store, and if you buy from Amazon you don't get support…?
