Got an email from EB Games early today and pulled the trigger on a couple of Key Lights. Best price around atm.

Yep, can confirm it's really good.
I've got two (one for my wife) and I wouldn't want to have it pointing at my face - prob. way too bright.
Instead I have it pointing at the wall, and the bounce fill is really good.
Was doing online tutoring for Uni last year, and it made the picture a -lot- better.
Not an expert but if you already have a well lit room, would this make the picture a lot better?
Possibly. Often you'll find that a "well lit room" isn't what the camera thinks.
Our eyes are particularly good at not noticing shading/lower levels of light.
I'd suggest gathering a couple of desk lamps from around the house, or even a torch or two (get someone to hold them) and point them at the wall for bounce.
See how much of a difference it makes. I tried all of that before buying the lights, and found that it did make a difference.
The key light also has colour selection (warm to cool) and is very easy to control (I have a stream deck that i've set up, but the app is also easy).
Would you stream me..
I'd stream me… 🤣

Everyone suddenly thinks they’re an influencer or Twitch famous?
Why not?
Why?
Every successful streamer, influencer starts with a dream.
Or because of restrictions on international travel we need to conduct lots of on-line meetings with supply chains, so having some decent lighting can make it look a lot more professional. But yeah maybe maybe it's all about the streams….
Are these any good
