pretty sure the lego bricks will survive
No one is buying this just for the bricks
Normal people with children are.
Probably gets sent in a satchel.
Since when?
Every Lego order from Amazon I've ever received has been sent in a cardboard shipping box with air pillows inside.
Most times I am sent a small item from the US, they send it in a satchel, no matter how many times I complain. AU is different, but from the US, it’s been an ongoing issue, small items only.
small item as in lego only?
i bought a garmin fenix via amazon au, amazon usa seller. arrived in cardboard shipping box with air pillows like gnostikos indicated@inamberclad: The issues for me have been for items shipped from Amazon US specifically, via Amazon AU, not simply a US seller via Amazon AU. I’m sure they must use boxes sometimes for people but for me it has been an ongoing problem.
I ordered a Mario LEGO expansion yesterday from Amazon AU and it arrived today in a satchel.
Apparently it’s a US release only and this is a good price…. Sold out now :(
Way to go Lego Group. Piss off your AFOLs world wide. Well played.
Still, it's not that impressive.
It's a micro-scale model that doesn't really look at home with any Lego Stars Wars collection, particularly for those of us with lots of UCS sets.
Sure. But I don't want to see them do it again.
@justtoreply: You will. They seem to regularly release exclusive/convention-only/gift with purchase stuff.
Are you kidding ?
Market is just over $100 .
Just based on Bricklink prices 🍺👍
I got $143 and it was still for sale. Just got one
hold on, the price was just $143?
thanks. they weren't able to refund the price difference
This a lot of $$ for a 459 pieces of bricks, :)
That'd what I'm thinking! Surely you'd need to be a mad collector of ALL the star wars sets first
ITS A TRAP!! :)
Lego and Disney CEO's are probably still laughing about the price on this right now.
They're kicking themself for not distributing them properly cause scalpers are sucking up most of the profits.
with a 40 usd rrp?

The last time I received lego from the US it was opened by US Customs. One way to devalue a set!
for those who missed out. It's back in-stock guys and cheaper than before ($163 this time around) ! Hurry for those who are keen to get one!
Wouldn't trust the packaging. Probably gets sent in a satchel.
