just leave it in your freezer and it should go for at least another 3 months
It has been previously frozen, then thawed. After you repeat the cycle it will be very soggy and not tasty.
They should at least warn us about the 2 day expiry on the webpage somewhere if that's true

Aldi salmon tastes better and is firmer in texture but costs more money.

The HF salmon is normally a dearer product. But this is also short dated.Wanted the Trout as I ordered 2kg of Smoked Salmon. Looks like I'll be eating a lot of Smoked Salmon!
