    Good for:

    • Annoying young children and pets by blowing air in their faces
    • watching ants cling to dear life under gale force winds
    • pretending to be James Bond with a navy golden gun
    • making crispy skin chicken/Peking duck

    Not good for:
    - cleaning computer equipment and other intended uses.

    • What is the recommended/preferred way to clean out a dusty interior of a PC?

    • lol wat?

I use it for doing a quick dust off PC and other things, works a charm not sure what you have been doing with it lol

    • I have one, It works for me for blowing dust from my equipments or coffee grind.

      But the battery goes quick.

    • More information on making crispy skin chicken/Pekin duck required.

      I've got the midnight munchies

Really weak. Doesn't work. Don't bother. Easier to blow with mouth.

    Will this ever die

Your soul is eternal but not this.

  • Bought one during the last deal.
Works perfectly for cleaning computer case and equipment.
Not sure why some are struggling to use it for this purpose.

    Would definitely recommend.

    • The nozzle is big and therefore the pressure is not good.. if the dust has been settled for some time, it might be hard to get it out with this.

      • There's an included brush attachment that helps with settled dust but you're not wrong.

      • +1

I also bough one and it's pretty useless when compared to the cans. Pressure is terrible and it doesn't remove the dust from keyboards.

  • there is a video review, imo the blowing air is not that strong

  • +1

Is this strong enough to clean under the keycaps of mechanical keyboards?

    • I've used this to clean my mech keebs a few times. Pull off the keycaps to make the cleaning process easier

I'm waiting for Dyson to come out with one for $800.

  • Got one from AliExpress. Definitely comparable to Canned Air from Bunnings. Works great

Anyone know how this compares to the datavac?

    https://www.pccasegear.com/products/36730/metrovac-datavac-e…

    • I don't know about this one, but datavac will give you freaking gale-force winds. I guarantee this if you need power (sometimes too much) the datavac has you sorted. My particular model is the same one. Bought around that price.

      • Sweet, I've been mulling it over for sometime but I think you've gotten me over the line! Thanks!

        • No worries mate, feel free to hit me up directly if you want pictures of the real thing and what attachments you get. Bear in mind that the ESD strap needs to be screwed in and there's only one speed. I suggest also checking out the O2 Hurricane if you're just doing light dusting. I use this monster to basically launch dust into space. Not shilling, just really like it.

          • @sunnypack: Damn..wish I had seen this datavac before..I bought the Opolar and it is great for what it is but does need nudging off old dust with the brush head.. this monstrosity will take care of it…no nudging needed by the looks of that demo video…will keep an eye on this for sure

    • Ever since I got my datavac, I started cleaning computers just for the fun of it ;)

For those who want more air: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/564606

  • I use the 2-in-1 shopvac 1200w vacuum cleaner to do the same job

  • I have returned mine after buying it from Amazon, I did not find it useful for what it is.

  • Has anyone had their order confirmed as shipped yet?
