Thing looks a little risky having a flame so close to the bottle, what if you were cooking something in oil and accidentally knocked the pan and the oil went all over the bottle; not easy to put out quickly.
Nothing would happen. Gas like all fuel will require a spark or flame to ignite. Also everything is sealed on a gas bottle, unless there is a leak there would be no problem, otherwise there would be bbq gas bottle incidents all over but in reality everything is OK. Most people live in fear and sit in front of screens that project images of distorted reality. We are all affected by it sadly…
Don't see any issues here if commonsense is applied,and those stabilizer legs should be mandatory on all gas bottles sold IMHO.
