Comparable to the AOC 24G2 and Asus VP249QGR. Better than the Dell S2421HGF featured in this deal for most use cases.

Ah yes, because the 1ms is going to make that much difference. IPS panels rarely are able to hit true 1ms GTG response time anyway.
1000ms/2ms = 500 Hz.
Between that, and the fact that it's probably tied to an overdrive mode that looks like garbage, peak response times mean absolutely nothing.
Please don't buy into dipshit marketing. That being said, we don't have any significant specs on this pane model, and no technical reviews, but assume it performs similarly to the ASUS model mentioned in the OP.

Ok so it's tied to the Acer VG240Y P then, which is a well regarded budget competitor to the AOC 24G2, but is not the same thing. Price is decent but not earth-shattering.
8-bit colour, likely sRGB colour gamut only, accepts HDR input but does absolutely nothing with it and should never be enabled. I would probably prefer the 24G2 @ $250, but I suspect we'll see it cheaper than that in a couple of days.
Bought at $229, very happy with it. Better colors than VA for games and would recommend at this price
