I have an older version on my Mac, it works fine for DRM removal. Bear in mind, though, that DRM is improved from time to time so what works now might not work later. I had to pay for mine. If this is free and you are interested, you have nothing to lose by grabbing it.
Do people still use Calibre and is that free? I haven't converted between formats for quite some time so not sure what is out there as alternatives.
Calibre is my go to. You can download a free plugin for calibre from epubee that will make your library DRM free. From there you can use the great functionality of Calibre to batch convert etc to any format you wish want. All free ware.
Does it need the license code it asks for?
I didn't get one.
yes you did, it is in the readme.txt file that was zipped together with the setup.exe ;)
Sweet - looking in my emails even junk mail. Guess the readme meaning quite literally READ ME is the last place I look.
Yes I AM a moron sometimes :)
Thanks and have a good Christmas!
1 Year of updates, but does it work (if unUpdated) post Year 1?
One comment says that the last-listed Input format doesn't work
PdfDrive (PC) has a built-in format converter (for just 3 formats);
offers a range of [older] books, that really impresses us. Dunno
if it can remove DRM. (Any1 Know?) A G-d Send for us @ home
