no need to cut. just decode it. very easy to decode. avoid.
Yeh, you don't even need a pick to decode most of these, you can see the flat spots in the wheels.

This kind of lock is meant for highly populated areas where you'll be gone for a few minutes, or if you are inside a shop having coffee and leave your bike outside.
You can cut these sooooo easily. Better than no lock, but not much.
