  I paid $90 for 10 vouchers on Dec 2019, expiry date is end of June 2020. Used 0 of them until they got expired. Contacted the cinema multiple times received 0 response.
  Shame on me.

    I too got the same and then contacted the eventcinema customer care through email 2 months ago after easing restrictions. They reactivated my vouchers in 2 days without a fuss till end of year.

    Event Cinemas were really helpful in extending vouchers for me (multiple times) but I would not take this offer up given everything happening with movie releases largely dictated by theatres being able to open overseas right now. I'm looking forward to Wonder Woman 1984 but that's about it for the forseeable future.

    Similar. I bought 10 in Dec 2019, used two and the rest expired Jun 2020. I contacted them multiple times, and after responding with "prove it", I send them images of my eight remaining emails/tickets and they extended them until…Oct 2020. Needless to say, they are now expired and I didn't use any of them as there was nothing worthwhile to see, except Tenet, which I saw elsewhere given I couldn't use them on the weekend or after 5pm. Needless to say, I WON'T be taking up this offer…

  Note you cannot pay with Event Cinema gift cards, only credit card or PayPal. I got to checkout & tried to use some Event Cinema gift cards I'd redeemed from Prezee & they are not accepted as payment for these vouchers. How shonky!
