I own this and it gets a lot of use for making lunch and has good heat distribution due to its premium design with the aluminium core. Price will most likely jump back up to $50+ once a few people make purchases.

    8" is not a big pan as it's measured from the rim, not across the bottom.

    Similar to All clad 3 layer, I have a cooks standard multi-ply wok from Amazon, it's great. Since the All clad patents expired, there has been lots of 3 layer cookware coming on the market cheap, some I own are cooks standard, some are cuisinart.
