      That's when you read the Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the page and start going through links to pages that explain what they will & will not allow for changes or cancellations.

          I don't know, I didn't read it thoroughly because I haven't bought a ticket, and I've already closed the page. If you have plans to purchase then I highly recommend you do your own research and read all the information so you can make up your own mind whether it represents good value or not.     Before calling virgin, whats my chances are to swap a ticket I bought earlier for discount rate one. Price difference is like $200 for same day and same time.
