Is it possible to cut and extended it and is if weather resistant ? Can't find this info online. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks.

  Yes possible, to extend it you'll need to buy the connectors. They're not completely weather resistant I think. Keep in mind that the white is cool white.
  Arlec in Bunnings is weather resistant. The older version has warm white while the new one has both cool white and warm white.
