Ebay plus 15% coupon brings it to a good price point. We did not see much deal on these lately.
Shame I miss anaconda deal and and it was 1 year ago. Wanted to get a leatherman for a loooong time so I pulled the trigger.

I think the forum may have been ozbargained.. working for anyone??
rev is also missing one of the tools (I believe it is either the scissors or the saw) and it is lopsided (one of the handles is thinner than the other)
Good point. I'd prefer spring loaded wingman too but I couldnt justify the price difference. $66 is used/gumtree price for wingman.
I already have victorinox and proper knives lets see leatherman will impress me or not.
i have the Rev….not as good as the others in the series…
weird design flaws IMO
design flaws: single hand operation difference?
yeah exactly…got smaller hands, so much harder to reach for the main blade (so requires two hands for me)…
most other knives, inc the ones in the leatherman series, the grip is in a more convenient location for quicker access.
Have both Sidekick and Rev. The sidekick with spring loaded pliers is much easier to use. If pliers are important, go with spring loaded version.
too late for me haha. Maybe I gift this to someone in future so I can get try the others.
I dont like bulky tools so it is very unlikely that I might go for bigger brothers.
I got my Rev for $30 when Masters was closing down, I use it much more than the wave although the pliers can get a bit "sticky" in situations.
This would have been a great replacement to the Victorinox I just lost, but this is just too big. Damn shame too, this looks really functional
Worst reviews ever on this.. Leatherman is usually too quality but seems they failed with this one!
Avoid.
I've had mine since the master's sell off. I've loved it, yeah the pliers are a bit limited but, knife, and the few other tools fit about 95% of what I need. Hasn't let me down,l. As much as I'd like to upgrade to the wave, I can't justify it.
If you need it to have just in case, at the bottom of the bag or when you're in a bind, the Rev does a good job if you ask me.
