Oztrail 6m HydroFlow Gazebo - $249 Delivered @ Snowys

510

Noticed this on clearance at Snowys. Even cheaper than the 4.5m version.

Selling at most places for $400-$500

It’s a 6m x 3m current model which has anti-ponding technology. I’ve got the 3x3 version and it’s amazing. Just ordered this one too.

There was around 20 available this morning when I looked so I don’t think the 9 available will last long.

  • That's a great price.

  • I think this is OOS. All I see is "Sorry! We're unable to get our hands on any more of these."

    • Says 5 remaining for me?
      Edit: now 4 remaining.

    • Back in stock.

      • I see it now too

  • How easy is it to install?

    • +2

you COULD do it yourself. Would be much easier with 2 people atleast however

    • -2

      This is for camping.

      • -3

No thanks, I'm not lugging some 40kg thing along to go camping. A few adjustable poles, guy ropes and tarp does the trick for me. When the tarp wears out, I buy another for $20.

These gazebos are often terrible in the slightest bit of wind too.

OMG wife is going to kill me. This thing is huge.

      That's what she said.

  • Think I got the last one.

  • I think the stock checking system is not accurate, It is showing -5 in stock now.

    • LOL yeah that's a bit funky.

  • Goddamn it! How can you even see stock?

    • +1

Red box of text under "online availability" … "Clearance! Only -5 left"

  • "To prevent UV damage that isn't covered under warranty, avoid leaving your shelter set up for extended periods in the sun."

    What?

I want this as a permanent sun shelter for the kids

    • +1

Fairly standard. It's just a fabic. Not designed for permanent use.

      • +1

treat with uv resistent spray - available at bunnings

      • What material should i be looking for then?

        I see this is polyester.

        • +3

I reckon it probably doesn’t get much better for a temporary setup, but for something permanent you could put in some beams and install a shade sail.

        • colorbond

    • It would probably blow away or break in high winds. Not designed for what you want.

  • +1

    it’s amazing

Pool noodles in the corners of standard gazebos do the same thing. 👍🏻

  • this was my nickname in high school. brings back memories

If you miss out on this, the 6x3 Ridge Ryder Ultimate gazebo is $229.50 at Super Cheap Auto right now. They have 50% off gazebos in their catalogue.

Not branded but… I saw a fair few of these at Kmart Toombul, same size gazebo for $129 - https://www.kmart.com.au/product/gazebo---blue/3273804 dunno how they compare but maybe someone would think it's a good deal too?

  • +1

Had the 'Sorry no stock, can't have your order' email today. Refund coming.

  • The Ridge Ryder Deluxe 3x3 for $139.99 is the bargain at the moment.

    • Do you have one? I’m looking at this and the 3x3m oztrail deluxe and am not sure which to go for

Mine shipped out yesterday, from Adelaide (en route to Brisbane).

  • How's the delivery of these going for everyone else?

I'm not sure how Toll can lose a 45kg massive box, but mine has gone AWOL.

Maybe someone at Toll needed it for their Xmas camping trip, rather than me.

    • Still waiting for mine, coming to Sydney. If that's their version of expedited delivery, I wouldn't like to see regular…

      • Agree. I expected it might take a couple of days, but not this long (if they do find it).

    • Still waiting here. WA.

    • Received mine on the 18th. The cardboard box was worse for wear and a heavy peg was missing.
