  Not sure about this one! I have registered at the US Fisher Price site and Aus now as the link here took me to the US site. When I click for the free toy it goes to the registration page. How did you do it? Thanks :)

  T & C:

  1. This promotion is only open to residents of Australia
  2. All entrants must be 18 years of age or over .
  3. Five Toy Testers per month will be selected from new subscribers in the months of May 2008, June 2008, July 2008, August 2008, September 2008, October 2008, November 2008 and December 2008.
  4. To enter, entrants must complete the official subscription entry form with all requested details, answer in 25 words or less the following question “What will make you a great Fisher-Price toy tester?” and submit their entry form by clicking on the "Agreed and Enter" button which appears immediately before these terms and conditions.”
  5. Each selected Toy Tester must confirm their details upon receipt of the first email communication. Failure to do so within (1) one week of the first communication will result in exclusion from the Toy Tester program.
  6. Each selected Toy Tester will be provided (1) one toy per month for (12) months from the date of notification. Total value of toys received over the (12) Twelve month period will not exceed AUD $1,200.00 RRP. The ongoing supply of toys will cease if the toy-tester does not complete the evaluation form which will be supplied each month with the toy.
  7. All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
  8. The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner, each entry will be judged individually by the Promoter. Judging will take place on the 5th day of each month at 2.00pm. The selected Toy Testers will be contacted using the details provided in their subscription, and the name and suburb of the winners will be published http://www.fisher-price.com/au/
  9. In consideration of the chance to win the competition, each entrant immediately upon entering the competition, irrevocably assigns all their rights in their entry or entries (including all intellectual property rights) to the Promoter, without charge to the Promoter. Entrants agree that the Promoter may freely use any entry in whatever way the Promoter decides, free of any claim whatsoever.
  10. The Prize winners must at the Promoter’s request, participate in all marketing and promotional activity in relation to winning the prize, free of charge and consent to the Promoter using their name and image in such promotional material.
  11. The Prize winners acknowledge that they will have no Intellectual Property rights of any kind arising from their participation in the competition. To avoid doubt the Prize winners assign to the Promoter all intellectual Property that may be created by the prize winner or the Promoter, and the Prize winners waive all moral rights. The Promoter may exercise sole discretion in applying the intellectual property for any future purpose .
  12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the Prize winners and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the Prize winners.
  13. The Prize winners must sign and return any liability release provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of the prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to request Prize winners to provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding any prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
  15. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer online systems, for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.
  16. The Promoter is Mattel Pty Ltd, ACN 000 660 962, 658 Church St, Richmond, VIC 3121.
  17. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and it’s associated agencies are ineligible.
  18. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the entry and the conduct of the competition.

  cool i love competitions its my hobbie,remember the old saying guys you have to be in it to win it,what have you got to loose….its free if you dont need the toys donate them to charity,if………..I win im saving them for xmass time ,you know how k.mart has that wishing tree for the kids,im heading straight to the website wish me luck…..
