agree, u can make duo video calls. (only thing that stops me as I don't want any accidents happening in my bedroom when answering calls :p )
Update - Ended up getting a Nest Hub which is arguably better than both Lenovos for $59 ($79 - $20 Latitude pay offer).

Anyone know if the screen dims down low on this? Wanted something that dims right down so it's not an annoying glare at night. Cheers
It Dims down to almost can't see it at night, just enought light to make out the time.

Reviews I watched back in the day said the screen would dim from light sensor and would brighten the screen slowly 5 minutes before an alarm. Don't know how dim it went though.
I saw there is a xiaomi version now (assistant screen with speaker), hoping for a english version soon.
Be better as would support chromecast, apple airplay and such. Not just limited to a dumb clock with youtube.It supports Chromecast but I'm not sure about Apple Airplay
No different product, the essential has a black and white segmented LCD or at least something that approximates that type of screen.
its the younger brother. the screen on this is little more useful than the essential one.
Can confirm, does go very dim at night time automatically. Screen can look a little washed in the day on max brightness.
Not sure if I should get the Lenovo or the Google Nest for the kid..

better choice for a smart clockHad one since last December, love it. Numerous settings such as screen turning off at night in the Google Home app, plus a new night light feature. Bugs have been ironed out but it did get a little hot on those 40 degree+ days. Also like slow charging my phone overnight from the USB port. the black was offered when I got it.
