When do points usually appear after purchase?
Two days.
I bought on Friday - both gift card and a regular shop, none of the points are reflected yet for me.
So basically buy a eBay GC and a Mastercard GC and you get 4,000 points. I'll try next week with Zip for the extra 10%! I may aswell spend the rest on Amazon GC as i seem to buy from Amazon much more than eBay these days.

my $50 ebay card says ""There's no balance left on this code."" when i enter the redemption code at check out. can anyone tell me what could be wrong and what i need to do to fix it or to get my $50 back?
Check on the receipt and make sure it's the one you purchased. If so bring both to coles.
thanks i checked . its the correct one on the receipt maybe the staff didnt activate it correctly. do both have to be returned back to same coles store or can it be any store?

@1000060: Store manager refused to help told me to call ebay. I'll be making a complaint to Coles hq. Anyone else experience problems with their ebay cards?
@coolsteps: You need to call Coles customer care at 1800061562 to sort it out. They will give you a case number and investigate, they are usually pretty good. The store manager should have told you this. Good luck!
Can someone confirm 4000 points (2000 points for Coles Gift Mastercard plus 2000 points for ebay card) have been claimed successfully?
It should be that way. But points are not yet added (also not for regular shop) in my case.
I bought two cards (ebay and ultimate eats) and have received total 4000 points for both.
Anyone received their Coles FB points from spend on Friday 4th yet? I made several purchases and no points of any sort have posted yet. They should have posted yesterday.

I have now received some of my points from Dec 4. More than half still missing.
Same here, i pick up my click n collect order on Friday and bought some master card and ebay but not get points yet. It’s Monday morning now. Never happened before, usually get points next day afternoon.

But I did a purchase on Dec 8 which had bonus points for reaching a spend target. The standard points posted yesterday but no sign of the bonus points so far. Hopefully tonight?
I bought 2 eBay gift cards on Dec 8. The 50 points came up but no bonus on one of them yet, the other one the 2000 bonus points came up but not the 50 lol.
Bought 3 eBay gift cards and 1x Coles MC GC on Dec 4 and Dec 7 and all the points have turned up.
All missing points turned up yesterday.

@SydneySwan: Most of our missing points finally show up last night, that's all purchases since 8/12/20. just only couple of shake app targeted items from catch.com.au and coke bonuses yet awarded. maybe is a temporary norm for xmas rush.
I just checked today and I have received bonus points and points for my normal shop which I completed Wed 2/12/2020.
None of coles purchases made on Friday till Sunday have show up on flybuys points
I have received points for my normal shol done on Friday night. Purchases at Liquorland on Sunday, only 1st transaction showed and 2nd transaction not showing yet. It is the 2nd transaction I am keen on because spent over $50 and look forward to the 2000 bonus FB points.
bonus points for gift cards did not awarded for purchases on 8/12/20. also number of individuals items bonus points also allocated wrongly. 4 weeks 10000 points did not awarded in two accounts but one does. FREE offer coffee did not work at Coles Express. Did anyone have similar issue? flybuys seems in chaos mode
So you're using 3 accounts, trying to play the system, but now you're afraid the system played you?
Anyway, I bought on Friday and it was only reflected on Monday - so longer than usual (transactions on 4 & 5 December, only reflected on 7 December @6pm).
Your points might still be coming tonight/tomorrow.
