Very good price for a refurbished unit, 12 months warranty.
Looking for an electric scooter, I've been doing a bit of research for the past few days and I cannot find a better one around this price, higher end models (widewheel, zero 9) are almost twice more expensive.
Be aware that this scooter is a bit heavy (18.7 kg), and you might want a lighter model if you want to carry it in public transports.

    Awesome price - same that I got it for brand new with the $799 promo and 10% off GCs at JBHIFI a year or so back. You definitely want to unlock it to 30km/h+ to get around, since it’s not the easiest to bring on PT besides an off-peak train, like OP said. Parkiteer in VIC and a hefty D-Lock are essential too.

  • Item marked as sent last Wednesday, no update since then. Sent an email, their reply :

    "Unfortunately, we are having a shortage of the refurbished Max unit which may only be sent out next week. I have marked it as sent and once the tracking is ready, I will let you know."

    If anyone else is waiting for it…

    • I had a minor delay in delivery as well without any updates. Supposed to arrive on Monday but and arrived today though. (I think marked as sent only Saturday).

      My scooter is a mess:
      * packaging looked like it barely survived a gunfight,
      * I had some difficulties connecting the handlebar as the connector cable was put in a knot (and shoved in the stem),
      * user manual also looked like it had been in a fight + the user manual is for ES models, not the max,
      * Rear tire valve is completely missing, so I have a flat and can't pump it
      * Damage on scooter (scratches) is a bit more than I expected but guess that's part of the deal.

      I contacted seller just a moment ago so will update here if I have any updates.
      I hope I'm the only one with this experience and fingers crossed they resolve this professionally!

          It's got 192km mileage. Not too bad I reckon.
