The description doesn't mention $4.47 Target pick either (could be location or memeber specific).
$8.95 would be the expected shipping for those who don't have Catch membership. And also those who are being charged shipping even when selecting Target.

You are missing the information in description. I didn’t say Target pick up. You need to select target as seller. It’s on the listing page and target offers free shipping.
