I would recommend the Flydigi Vader 4 Pro at this price range. The reviews speak for themselves. I recently got one and I can say it is up there with the best that Razor ect. has to offer.

    • I would've liked the 4 pro to have the Trigger vibrations though, it's the main reason I like my DS controller.

    • does this work with xbox?

      • Nope.

    • Came here to say this too. I was a bit weirded out by the mechanical face button switches at first, but quickly figured out they were an upgrade in terms of feel. It's amazing how far third party controllers have come.

      • Tbh it's the best controller I've used. The DS does have rumble triggers and variable tension based on what you're playing. But being able to tailor the joysticks tension and the mechanical switches for the dpad and abxy is amazing over all. Can make it perfect for fps, racing and rpgs with those 6 extra macros.

  • $90 on Temu. After the usual coupons available (~28% off), be omes $64.80 for the bundle edition.

  • Does this charge via usb c? Still can't believe xbox wireless uses AA batteries (unless you buy an add-on).

I have a Dualsense, but short battery life and loud clicky buttons that annoy those around me make we want to get something else for PC gaming.

This controller has a built-in battery but can't seem to see if it charges via usb-c

I actually see controllers with AAs as a plus because it means that the lifespan of the controller is not dictated by the lifespan of the battery. Just get yourself some cheap rechargeable AAs https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/757570.

I actually like that alot about the xbox controller, 2x Enelopes and off you go and it charges them through the usb port just fine.

      • about the xbox controller, 2x Enelopes

Can use eneloope is good but my Xbox one controller start to drift even I didn't use it a lot, tried all method to clean but no luck.

I don't think that the controller can charge Eneloops, only the Play & Charge Kit -

        https://support.xbox.com/en-AU/help/hardware-network/control…, under AA Batteries:

For the best performance, rechargeable AA (HR6) batteries are recommended. Note that these rechargeable batteries don't charge in the controller. Recharge these batteries by the method recommended by the manufacturer.

        • I bought the kit. But at least in the future, when the batteries don't charge anymore, I can just get another kit. I have the Sereis X controller. Pretty solid. But I still like the config of the PS controllers.

        • It definitely did, used it for months that way

      • I bought docks with batteries that replace the battery cover so the charging points are accessible. I wish Sony had let us do the same with the PS5 controller.

$89 is the normal retail price direct: https://gamesir.com/products/gamesir-cyclone2-black?variant=…

And "Delibery" is free as well: https://gamesir.com/policies/shipping-policy

  • Got one off Aliexpress during the valentines sale for 58. You can definitely do better if you wait and easy domestic replacement doesn't matter to you.

  • Mediocre stick latency.

Depending on your platform(s), there are generally better options for less now (eg. 8BitDo Ultimate 2C Wireless for PC).
