  • wouldn't this be better with more speed and free delivery?

    • Sure, a bigger discount would make it even better. Delivery is free if you buy two sets, $560 is the lowest I found for 4x32GB, 128GB total.

      • paypal it was $588 so a bit annoying. stealling $30 from me

        • Sorry to hear this, I think newegg charges in USD and paypal exchange rate is quite poor. Makes the amazon deal below more attractive, at least less surprizes with the exchage rate. Checked my citibank account transactions, the amount charged was $564.

@DmytroP: yes. credit card payment gave the same as you. it really was an amazing deal, picked up 128GB thanks.

    • This one is slightly better, 3600 at CL18 vs 3200 at CL16, the total latency should be the same but better bandwidth. Probably quite a small difference performance wise, but the price difference is not very large as well.

If you're looking for 2*32gb kits on the cheap side its 287 delivered with prime on Amazon. at 3000c16, should be able to bump it to 3200c16 fairly easy.

  • stupid question maybe. but any idea how to order from newegg in USD?
went to do an order and it wants to convert to AUD because of the shipping address which adds nearly $200 to the price (after paypal conversion)

    • It may be due to GST added, maybe a possible workaround would be to order to the US address of the main forwarders, but I have not tried it. It was my first order from newegg and looks like it charged my card in AUD, slightly more but very close to the original price.

For two sets newegg sent me the the invoice of
      $255.00 * 2 = AUD$510.00
      GST AUD$54.22
      TOTAL AUD$564.22

And the same amount was charged from my card. slightly more than original amount of 560 I expected but not by much.
