      Do you have pets? If yes, I don't think any robot vacuum can do great with pet fur on carpets. Reviews online say the Roomba ones are a little better thanks to their silicone brush.

      We have the S6 Pure, and it picks up about 70-80% of dog fur on our carpets. Good enough to look mostly clean, but we would always use our Dyson before we invite people over. For day-to-day the Roborock is usually enough.

      If you don't have pets, I reckon the Roborock would be totally fine.

      According to Vacuum Wars YT channel, he prefers iRobot Roomba's for carpets as they have patented dual brush tech that usually scores best out of all robot vacs for carpets cleaning.

    Just spoke to Roborock AU. They will be cancelling all orders from the Catch, Kogan, Dicksmith mistake sale. Also they have informed me that Floral Livings is not an authorised reseller and thus first-party manufacturer warranty will not apply.

    How are out of warranty repairs done for these robbo vaccum cleaners?

    I have the roborock S50 which I got 2 years back from a similar ebay deal and now it has stopped working.

    The battery was changed recently so the issue is not the with battery. Does roborock provide support for such issues after the warranty period is over?

      i doubt it, you do have some rights under ACCC so best to contact roborock for response. should be able to fix yourself and keep it going infinitely anyway
