To keep the video footage for up to sixty days you will need a subscription to Ring's online Ring Protect.
I have had a Ring Floodlight Camera and Doorbell for a couple of years and I like:
- ease of use of the mobile app;
- ability to remotely talk through the camera and doorbell;
- the quality of the video footage;
- brightness of the floodlight;
- set schedules for the light;
- reliability of the wireless connection; and
- ability to modify movement detection zones.
The cost of the online plan is worth it for the ability to access the archive of footage from your mobile. My favourite being discovering my wife out the front of the house nude because a plastic bag was blowing around and she'd just come out of the shower.
Can you upload the video of your mrs fetching the plastic bag? Strictly research purposes.
