Alright deal I suppose assuming www.itsnotcheating.com.au (Office 2007 Ultimate for $75) does not apply to you or anyone in the household.

  That deal is really good, but MSFT have dropped the RRP to $149 for the retail edition of Office 2007 Home & Student. This license is good for 3 computers too, where as I'm not sure about the $75 version from www.itsnotcheating.com.au.
  
  Both are excellent deals. BTW if you don't like ordering online every retail store is selling Office 2007 H&S for $149 and stores like Bing Lee/Officeworks will probably match the $129, with no pickup/delivery fee.

Good to see some effort from M$ - only after 'other competitor' picking up some pace in offering their own 'office productivity suite' such as Free Google text, spreadsheet and also Free Sun OpenOffice (or cheaper StarOffice)
