If I'm not mistaking it's a $20 digital Mastercard which could mean that it could be used everywhere.
It's a small mall: seems like the only places that would sell something <$20 would be AU Post or Asics.
Pretty sure a part of their cunning plan here is to put $20 in your wallet so you head to your local and maybe put it toward something more expensive and buy lunch while you're there.

I won a $100 one on a facebook promotion, went in to center management at the Strand twice to collect it and got turned away both times, emails etc got nowhere. Probably not worth the hassle for $20. I never got the voucher.

I've one something similar for a shopping centre in Perth and it had EFTPOS on it and I was able to use it anywhere. So I'm hoping this is the same.

Just tried to download the tcn app to android in preparation for my SMS (fingers crossed) and yup the bad app reviews are right… app seems impossible to use or register for? This may be not a good experience. Oh well

"We have investigated, and we are unable to provide you with a gift card as you were not part of the database when the campaign commenced.
The mechanic behind our campaign is to reward our existing database members and as per our terms and conditions, you unfortunately do not qualify. Only those who received the original email invitation to update details will receive their $20 gift card.
Good news is you are in our database now and will be able to enter future competitions. Please let us know if you have any questions."

Yeah, I was a little confused that in the confirmation email it said "Thanks for updating your details and staying in touch", I guess the link wasn't supposed to be shared around to the wider public but it should've still clarified in the T&Cs (or just denied email addresses that weren't already in the database).
I imagine all these ineligible/unclaimed cards are why the Camberwell form has reopened
