I do have some atm but the deal isn't a decent bargain for me. I would hardly use lenovo bulb or smart plug, as i already bought the kogan plugs, and have much better Phillips bulbs.
So the next question comes is how much can i sell the bulbs and plug combined for?
I'm guessing around $40 (RRP 29+29). So taking that in account may be around 48 $ for the clock. Seems decent but not something crazzy great, for a second clock. (I already have 1 from the Harvey Norman deal of 50$ off over 150
Can the clock be dimmed to almost darkness or on standby until alarm goes off?
I have one of these - it automatically changes brightness based on how bright it is in the room and gets dark enough. If you prefer, you can also set it to turn off the screen when it's dark and it'll automatically turn the screen back on when your alarm goes off.

Like you wouldn't believe how dim it can actually go while still seeing the time. If I wake up during the middle of the night and look at a bright light I get the worst headache but not with this.
I've never found this option in the settings, how do you set it to automatically turn off thee screen?
Slide finger up from bottom of screen, click sun icon. Click sun icon again and it should change to a sun with "A" in the middle indicating auto brightness setting. I think you then need to slide the slider to adjust the minimum but not sure.
I'm similar but I can clearly see the black background illuminating brightly.
I have even been placing mine upside-down when I sleep.
Update*
I dug into the settings and mine was "misconfigured" for my needs.
1) I forced my minimum to be "1", which is quite bright; even in daylight
2) On using automatic mode (as described by @Gravy) to set the value at "5", the minimum now goes down to "0" which is much dimmer and I think will be much better at night! (I need to verify this)
3) My settings for night time (aka Low Light) were to show the clock face. I have now selected "Turn off screen"
4) Lastly, I noticed my Minimum was set to "Dim" which is clearly the middle option. I have now chosen the extreme of "Darker".

I have mini, max and this and its my fav.
Dims to almost black but still can bearly be read at night.
Great just to look and see Time in large numerals.

It can be. It's basically a Google Mini speaker with a display attached. Just pair your device to the the Lenovo Clock, play music or use the Hey Google phrase.
OK. I couldn't pair my phone to the Google Home.
