whats walnut generals
i find the woolworths australian walnuts, while fresh to start off with, seem to pick up a bitter taste very quickly. maybe they are going rancid. i don't seem to have that problem with californian walnuts.
Didn't know of difference between Oz or US walnuts, but that's my annoyance w walnuts too - going rancid too quickly.
Anyone have any tips?
I keep them in fridge in protein supplement containers. No change in taste for even a year.
