The Myer eBay store still shows Parisian Restaurant, Ferris Wheel, Pop Up Book. Do they EVER clean up their listings? It must be so disappointing for people to see these items reduced to insane prices and left on the website to kill hopes and dreams.
Were they really on sale that low? Yesterday I did see the Pop up book was available though.
yes. they used to be lower with double stack too.
I LoL'ed at people buying newly released Lego above RRP during Covid. Everything seems to be available now, i guess we are in a consumerism/capitalist societyI remember last December they had that double stack offer and I got my roller coaster for real cheap. Hoping they will repeat a similar deal this year.
I’ve never seen the Ferris wheel, Parisian restaurant or the Carousel went below $160 though.

restuarnt was easy $160 - with myer $250 x 20% x 20% and with hobby warehouse which base price used to be around the $220 if i remember
Carousal was even 30% off before Xmas last year - at the Lego.com store - let that sink into your head for a moment.
@cumova: I think I got my Carousel for around $225, Ferris wheel around $200 and Parisian restaurant around $185. I just got them in those 20%-25% off sales. I was impatient to wait especially with the Parisian restaurant that it was close to retirement and that I had failed to purchase when it was on special at Toysrus numerous times.
@FrugalNotStingy: Yeah hobbywarehouse (now Toys r us as well) on ebay was always stacked with Lego. especially bigger sets. like unlimited supply all the time. always below RRP (bigger sets) and with 20% discounts all the time it was always a no brainer. not sure why but a lot of people dont like them. Ive never had a problem with packaging, etc in the past. today first day ive order from them in a while

could someone please tell me, how does one go about cancelling an ebay order with toysrus before the order is dispatched?
i've already sent a message to the seller via ebay messages but havent received a reply yet - i'm just afraid they will process the order and dispatch it before someone picks up the message in ebay - i'd rather buy this through the myerebay store as I dont wanna risk a late delivery since its being bought as a gift - read somewhere that toysrus orders are severley delayed.

You will get it cancelled I believe, as Toysrus on ebay responds quite fast, compared to their shipping times.
