I’ve had one arrive with the outer box torn and damaged. The lego box inside was bent and creased. Minimal padding
Another arrived boxed properly but the lego box inside was creased and corners dented.
I’m comparing against Myer, Target and Big W who I’ve had no issues with.Mine bought from TARGET and arrive damaged, the replacement takes ages to arrive and the return Lego is still missing in transit under Australia Post hand

submitted a case on the 6 Oct and haven't had any reply/update to it. :(:(
unfortunately i paid using AfterPay and cant dispute it.
I had one once where they had literally just put the shipping label on the lego box.
That's pretty disgraceful.
Its always a case of YMMV with shipping..
