has anyone worked out which is more cost effective? Buying this or buying a decent cloth and reusing it?

    • Aldi's

      • what about aldis?

  • Limit of 5

  • Same price at woolies btw

  • Cloth & detergent > this^

    • Yes, that's the reason why I asked in the first post

  • Similar products used to be 120 wipes per pack and regularly on special at $4. Those good old days… šŸ˜¢

    • Covid is an opportunity for the rich, not the poor

  • Just how biodegradable are we talking here? Is this like the flushable wipes?

I've never understood why it's so hard for people to just throw used wipes into a rubbish bin instead of flusing down the toilet just to be safe. White King apparently sold so called biodegradble wipes which weren't really bidegradble.

      • Exactly.

    • I've thrown a few into my compost. We'll find out how compostable these are…

  • Aldi's would do the same job with much less cost

  • How do ajax wipes compare to pine o cleen, value for money and quality wise? I know this is biodegradable so they have different price points

    • I bought the Aldi ones today for $2.99 and they smell exactly like the Pine on Cleen ones

    • I buy these all the time, wipes through grease grime dust n all. I dislike having to use a grotty cloth (cos no matter how much you scrub it out, sometimes the black stuff still remains), but this is pretty good value, always guaranteed to leave you a fresh and clean surface quickly, cheap enough to use to clean anything around the house (doorknobs, toilet seats, windows even).

With a cloth, would have to rinse before, wipe, and then clean out thoroughly after. But these wipes have been life-changing haha, I'm actually eager to wipe tables and everything around me because of how easy and satisfying it is.

  • Yes I agree how satisfying it is, especially you see all the dust it picks up after wiping. But yeh just wanting to know if its more expensive buying these wipes than going the old fashion way of using the cloth
