    Is this any good

I love the dragon ball franchise but I've been watching DBZ since I was a kid and I don't hear much about people just getting into Dragon Ball now. That being said I only watch the original Dragon Ball show (This) for the first time at 21 and loved it, I consider it better than DBZ and would suggest it over Z as a starting point. If you want to test the water Dragon Ball is streaming on Animelab.

Its a good mix of kung fu fighting and comedy

    • A different genre to Z, and not as repetitive as Z. Would recommend.

Dragon Ball is an adventure show. Dragon Ball Z is an action/fighting show.

    • Not good it is amazing.

  • Agreed with triple cheese, better than Z

  • Thanks! Now need to find a cheap DVD player

DVD's work on blu-ray players. If you have a PS3/4 or a Xbox One then that'll do the trick

Hoping they have a Saint Seiya pack soon. and Robotech… the good old times

  • "You're a girl!"

  • I kinda want this but it feels wrong buying a DVD. The format is two generations old but still keeps kicking somehow.

I have the Dragon Ball Z Level 1.1 and 1.2 sets on Blu-ray and they were a sight to behold.
